Incorporated in 2002, the Information Policy Institute is the nation's premier center for research, education, and outreach on all issues pertaining to the regulation of information in both the United States and the world. All economic development projects not relating to credit initiatives are housed in this center. Institute research has been cited by the White House, the FTC, Treasury, the FCC, the FDIC, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, and members of both houses of the US Congress among others.
