He will discuss Recovering But Not Recovered, PERC's latest research publication on small business recovery in the Gulf Coast. The Forum seeks to introduce minority and women business enterprises to the benefits of certification, identify high potential MWBEs to support the energy industry, and to provide capacity building opportunities for MWBEs.
