At NAREB’s 60th Spring Conference, which will address issues of sub-prime lending and predatory lending, Patrick Walker will overview findings by PERC on effective ways to increase access to affordable mainstream lending (particularly by those currently underserved) by utilizing non-traditional consumer payment information.
